With over a decade in North East property experience, our director Martin Watson has a great local property knowledge and specialises in providing technical due diligence of both residential and commercial property purchases. Martin is experienced in identifying building defects and structural issues as well as providing cost, contract administration and project management advice to clients throughout the UK.
